Scrum Team
The Scrum Team is the development team. There, there is not necessarily a functional division through traditional roles, such as programmer, designer, test analyst or architect. Everyone in the project works together to complete the working set that they have jointly committed to for a Sprint. A typical Scrum Team has 6 to 10 people, although there are reports of Scrum projects with larger teams. The main approach to working with large Scrum teams is to use the concept of “Scrum of Scrums”. Each Scrum Team works normally, but each team also contributes a person who must attend the Scrum of Scrums Meeting to coordinate the work of multiple Scrum teams. These meetings are analogous to the Daily Scrums, but they don’t necessarily happen every day. Holding this meeting two or three times a week tends to be sufficient in most organizations.
